By accessing or using FaceAI ("the App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FaceAI. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any future revisions.

2. Service Description

FaceAI provides AI-powered tools for users to modify media through face-swapping, video generation, and related features ("Services"). Key functionalities include:

• User-Generated Content: Upload photos, videos, or GIFs to create customized outputs ("Outputs").
• Subscription Tiers: Access advanced features (e.g., HD resolution, batch processing) via paid plans.
• Pre-Set Templates: Use templates provided by FaceAI or other users (see Section 7).

3. Account & Subscriptions

3.1 Registration:

Users must provide a valid email for account creation.

3.2 Paid Plans:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through your app store account (e.g., Apple/Google).
• Payments are non-refundable. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

3.3 Free Tier:

Basic features are available without payment but exclude premium tools.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or violates third-party rights (e.g., hate speech, explicit material).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the App.
• Use Outputs for commercial purposes without securing all necessary rights.
• Share accounts or engage in fraudulent activities.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content:

You retain ownership of uploaded media but grant FaceAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process it for Service delivery.

5.2 Outputs:

Generated content is owned by you, but redistribution for commercial gain (e.g., selling videos) requires explicit rights to all input materials.

5.3 FaceAI's Rights:

The App's code, algorithms, and templates remain FaceAI's exclusive property.

6. Data Safety & Retention

• No Biometric Data: Facial features (e.g., contours) are processed as non-biometric, anonymized data.
• Temporary Storage: Uploaded media is retained for 24 hours; Outputs are stored for 7 days for user access.
• User Control: Delete data manually in-app or request permanent account deletion via zilaishui8888@gmail.com.

7. Third-Party Content

User-uploaded templates are not endorsed by FaceAI. Report infringing content to zilaishui8888@gmail.com for prompt review.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

• As-Is Basis: FaceAI disclaims warranties for uninterrupted/error-free service.
• Liability Cap: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
• Third-Party Risks: Use of app stores or payment platforms is at your own risk.

9. Termination

FaceAI reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations. Appeals must be submitted to zilaishui8888@gmail.com within 14 days.

10. Future Features

Upcoming functionalities (e.g., AI-generated faces) are for entertainment only. Users bear full responsibility for Outputs and must comply with applicable laws.

11. Governing Law & Disputes
